The old stable blocks Oundle.

These turn of the 19/20 century blocks were roofed originally in Collyweston slates. These were stripped off and stacked on site in palletts for the owners to use elsewhere. The stables were then reroofed in Bradstone imitation Collyweston slates. All timbers were treated and any defective ones replaced, tyvek membrane, counter battens and all required leadwork etc. Some of the stables having already been converted to dwellings were occupied during the works with minimal disruption to the tennants.
